There have been many ups and downs in my life and many challenges I had to face but there was one particular time where I had to say to myself "Right, I need to get my sh*t together".

I was working as a PT at the time, I had built up a reputation and a good client base but I just felt that it wasn't enough. I had come out from a rough period and I knew I wasn't on the right path. Too much partying and messing around. I completely lost focus of my goals, what I wanted to achieve and who I wanted to be. At the time I was 20 years old so you could say that it was "normal" and I was just having a bit of fun. But I didn't see it that way, so there I started the comeback it was personal development time.

Embrace failure basically is what I'm trying to say. I took a step back and analized my life. I went to my local café, opened my notebook and I wrote out a vision plan. Who did I want to be, what would I be doing, how would people see me, what clothes would I be wearing, where would I live. What aspects of my life do I need to change in order to become the person I wanted to be?
And so I got to work!
